Amitabh Kant is the CEO of NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India); a government institution for catalyzing economic development of the nation. In Global Innovation Ranking, India have progressed to 37th rank from 81st; and stands second after Silicon Valley to provide a ‘Startup friendly Ecosystem’

‘Niti Aayog’, the ‘Thinking Tank’ of Indian Government, with the aim to Sustainable Development, launched the Startup Act Plan, with 20,000 startups in 2016. An ecosystem built to provide the vibrant and Dynamic youth, to foster their ideas from Incubation.

‘Startup India’ is an incubator fostering ‘Startups’ to ‘Colossal Business’. Facilities like: financial funding; first three years of tax free income; patent security for innovative ideas; surplus facilities for female and a 90day closure for startup collapse.

The Atal Tinkering Lab launched by the Government, have brought India one step closer to the mission of creating one million neoteric child innovators by 2020. ATLs are powered to acquaint students of 6th to 12th grade, with state-of-the-art equipment such as; 3D printers, robotics & electronics development tools, IoT & sensors and much more to master the Artificial Intelligence. Where 5,400 ATLs are already launched, the Government aims to launch 15,000 more ATLs till 2022.

Startups provide innovative, cost effective and disruptive solutions; with Indian roots. ‘Startup India’ is a Government Initiative to make India the Vishwaguru!
