Mr Vivek Agnihotri received The Elite Award 2017 for exceptional achievement on the 5th of August at the LAX Renaissance, Los Angeles. Among the other awardees were Mark Ordesky, executive Producer of Lord of the Rings, Joe Mantegna, actor from Criminal Minds, The Godfather 3.
Mr Agnihotri spoke about collaboration of culture and platforms and eventually creating synergy in the process while he received the award.
The red carpet gala was adorned by Big Bang Theory’s Alice Amter, Miss India Galaxy Gurleen Kaur, Rachel Sterling from PussyCat Dolls, award winning journalist Sarah Zapp,Rekha Sharma from Strar Trek, One Tree Hill’s Ashley Richards, Donna Derrico from Baywatch, the director of Vampire Diaries Joshua Butler, Cody Longo from Pirhana 3D and so on and so forth.
“Any Kind of honor is always welcome for creative people” said MrVivekAgnihotri the Director of last year’s controversial release Buddha In A Traffic Jam. The filmmaker-activist rounded off stressing particularly on the inter-circulation of ideas amongst different cultures for love and peace to flourish in today’s world.
