Messi and childhood sweetheart Antonella Roccuzzo finally tied the knot on a relationship which spans back to when they were children.
Messi had moved to Spain at the age of 13 to join FC Barcelona. The couple made it special by returning to their hometown for the grand event.
The icing on the wedding cake were their two children Thiago and Mateo, who had host the wedding at City Center Rosario in Santa Fe.
At the wedding Roccuzzo had donned a dress by Spanish designer Rosa Clara. She has been photographed in dresses by the designer at various award ceremonies and functions.
About 260 guests attended the marriage, including Messi’s Barcelona Team mates like Neymar, Luis Suarez and Gerard Pique.
